I, for one, am outraged. The Girl Scouts were established in 1912, the Army established the "green beret" for SF *at the very earliest* like 1953. Disgusting.

Also, I am pretty sure that the Girl Scouts have a better IO campaign than the Army nerds ever did.

If I were SF, I don't know what I'd be more upset about: the Girl Scouts wanting the SF Regiment to stop culturally appropriating the green beret, or the fact that buying Girl Scout cookies is now prohibited.

Tough call.
