I was a former NBC NCO at 3/75 from Apr 94-Mar 02. I got orders for Korea where I was a SQL in a decon Co from Apr 02-Jul 03. From there, I was part of a Chem Recon Det under 1st SFG(A) from Aug 03-Nov 04.
I got out and worked on my college. Then I got a job as a DA Civ Security Guard/SRT (0085 series) at a chem munitions storage/demill facility. They are closing, and recently got picked up at another local installation as a regular security guard (non SRT).
I'd like to say I am there temp and between other prospects, but looks like I will be there for awhile now. I am missing my time in the Army, supporting good folks. I look forward to one day possibly getting back into the Army as a DA Civ and supporting folks again.
