I'm looking for a job this summer or internship in the new England. what would some good ones? or any advice? ideally something to do with military-related or police or gov work considering I want to go into the Marine Corps, so I would like to continue with that line of work. or should just put the fries in the bag and work at McDonalds?

I doubt the Marines care what you do with your summer unless you show up with an injury brought on by what you did that summer.
Idea: what do you want to do after the Corps or if you're injured or have a lifestyle change that causes you to do your 6 and punch out? What does that look like? What internship supports that?
OR just go have fun or maybe volunteer someplace that keeps you outdoors, on your feet, and/or engages your brain.

In one of my units, we did ride-alongs with ambulance crews.There are some members here who can give you more input on this, but if you can you find a way to expose yourself to some uncomfortable medical situations, you'll learn a lot about yourself.
