I am a former USMC Huey Crew Chief, served from 84-88. My oldest son is in the process of joining the Marines and is very interested in MARSOC. I've been researching the training requirements, trying to develop a workout plan for him, and happened across Shadow Spear. This looks like a great forum to receive honest, no BS, answers to the questions he has about the challenges he's up against.
