Hello members of shadowspear,

I'm new to the SOF support community. This being my first assignment. Being in a position of leadership in a new MOS in the SF Groups (89D/E), i've become passionate on delivering the best possible enabler I can to the teams. And solutions therein. The thread below was a really good read. Since it's already been something I've been involved in and thought about, I figured I'd register with the site. In my very limited experience, it seems a A/S type process for enablers in USASFC would be beneficial. Driven by capable experienced enablers who've had successful time supporting the teams. I'm looking forward to learning more from the community.

Both and I'm a 1LT. were usually 1lt's on 1st assignment since school is so long. I'm a little more than a year into this gig now.
