Intro

Good Afternoon All,

Currently an 0302 looking for more info on how to transition from active to reserve and join 4th Recon as an 0307. Ideally, would like to attend BRC before my EAS so I can be with the unit and shorten that gap after my EAS for training.

Any help/tips on what those steps look like would be much appreciated.
