Thank you for accepting me into ShadowSpear
I am currently in the Navy DEP program with a ship date in January as HM. The goal is to snag a dropped HM-ATF contract before my ship date, so that I can start the SAR Med Tech pipeline. I am currently solidifying backup plans to meet my goals if the contract does not become available.
I currently work as an EMT in an Emergency department in Southern California and used to work in CO as a firefighter/emt. I have always considered the Navy and other branches, but now my wife has Commissioned in the Nurse Corps so at 25 years old I am ready to make it happen.
My goals and desires in the Navy include
- SAR Med Tech HM
- SARC HM
- HM / IDC
- Possibly AIRR Air Rescue Swimmer
I look forward to continuing my own research through ShadowSpear, asking questions, and hopefully be able to successfully network with this group of professionals.
