Hello everyone,
My name is Nathan. I'm 16 years old and an aspiring USAF PJ or Ranger Medic. I'm online schooled (Most people havent heard of it) and work roughly 30 hours a week at a retail store (Not that matters but its where a lot of my time goes). I'm a former Jr Powerlifter so i'm a big guy, but i'm in the process of changing my routine and diet. I weigh about 260 at about 20-25% BF. I am highly aware that i need to trim down for any SOF that i may choose to pursue. If it matters..... 430 deadlift, 315 squat, 225 bench. More importantly...
48 pushups
43 sit-ups
19:18 2 mile run
0 pullups
This is the APFT that i preformed roughly a week ago. Not the best numbers but i'm improving. I plan on joining the mentor program as well. I look forward to working with some of you men. In the meantime i'll continue to read and learn as much as possible. Thank you for your time reading this gentlemen! Thank you all for your sacrifice and service as well! My brother was a former 82nd guy, i really appreciate all you men do. Also, this is my first post so i hope i did it right.
