I have no idea what the air force uses. That's an 8404 corpsman caduceus and shield. Look at the camo pattern behind the shield. The air force doesn't use marpats. Only way to get that device is graduating fmtb.

I looked it up. The USAF medical officer corps uses a shield, but the staff has only one serpent and no wings.
