I am a 19 year old civilian, currently studying political science at Mississippi State University (Not interested in becoming a politician). I've been interested in becoming SOF since I started reading books about these extraordinary men in middle school. I have a hard time deciding which SOF unit I want to try to join, I constantly read books about them, and tend to change my mind quite often on which SOF unit I want to pursue. My reason for joining this site is too obtain more information on becoming SOF, and hopefully gaining a SOF mentor. I look forward to being a productive and active member of the community for years to come.

Welcome to SS. At one point, there was B/2/20th GP(A) in Columbus,Ms. I was there mid to late '80s; not sure if they are still there or not.

Thanks for the welcomes, and I'm not sure if B/2/20 GP(A) was in Columbus, MS, an internet search says they are in Maryland. But I know C/2/20th (A) is in Grenada, MS and 2/20th (A) headquarters is in Jackson, MS.
