I am MM1(SS/DV) Hajek. I joined the Navy back in 06 have been trained as a nuclear mechanic, Engineering Laboratoy Technician, as well as a Navy Scuba diver. I served on the USS Georgia (SSGN 729) from 08-12 and am currently stationed with NRD Dallas as a Special Warfare Scout which is just a glorified personal trainer for Specwar candidates. I have aspirations to become part of the community when I reach my EAOS in the Air Force. I've wanted to be a SEAL since I was about 14 years old and have done extensive research into the community, but was dealt a bad hand by my recruiter when I joined. I took it in stride and have tried to convert several times which is not possible due to my nuclear NEC, and because I am now an E-6. I look forward to getting some good knowledge from this site and ultimately pursing my goal.
