Hello members,
I am currently enlisted in the navy , and I am scheduled to ship to bootcamp in July. I originally wanted to go into the special warfare community or something along those lines , but my vision disqualified me. So following the advice set forth to me by various people in the spec war community. I'm going to go into intelligence, do the best job I can everyday with a smile. Keep my eyes and ears open , and my mouth shut, and maybe, if I'm lucky enough. I can support special operators.

The "unverified", is your status with regard to a military position, if you will. This site is military centered, and as long as you follow the rules, you are very welcomed here. Those who are "verified", are members who have a proven military background. There are several subsets, or those who have a proven specialty within the military community. Once you have satisfied the requirements to become a member of the military, you can upgrade your status by submitting an application through the "vetting" tab. That process, for you, can start after you complete "bootcamp". You are not in the Navy yet, keep that in mind.

Best of luck in your military choice. There is much to learn, and much will be asked of you in the military service of this nation. Take some time to read through threads here at SS. Most of the questions you now have, have
probably already been asked and answered. If you can't find the answers after searching through the threads, that is the time to begin asking questions.
