Hello. Great resource you guys have here. I'm stopping by primarily to seek some insight into the relatively small world of AF SOWT. I'm currently a SrA in Security Forces who originally came in on a SERE contract and washed out of that pipeline while at Fairchild due to injury. I'm green lit for cross training and currently in touch with some SERE guys about running my PAST and initiating the process with them, but before I pull the trigger I've been weighing my options and have become intrigued by SOWT, a job that I knew very little about and didn't understand how to adequately research (experience in a selection course and the AF in general has refined my knowledge of where to look and what to look for in these matters) when I was initially enlisting. I also have been looking at the STO pipeline, as I do have my bachelor's degree and wouldn't mind putting it to use. I do, however, lean heavily towards remaining on the enlisted side of things. Eager to pick a few brains and read up on a lot of the existing topics here.
