Good afternoon gents,
I happened upon this site while researching information on getting seat at MARSOC A&S as a reservist. I am currently an 0311 PIG with SSP, H&S CO, 3rd Bn, 25th Marines. I have 3 years time in as a reservist, and have the desire to attend MARSOC A&S next year. I'm here to seek out any advice on training, specifically in the ruck in and swimming areas, so as to arrive at A&S physically ready to take on the mental strain.
