Hello all. Im a 19-yr old student currently studying Pre-Law at a local community college. I hope to one day become a lawyer in my civilian career. As for my career in the military, I have aspirations of eventually becoming a Recon Marine. However, I am very adamant in proving my worth to the Marine Corps and myself as an Infantryman before I can do so. Even though I am fairly intelligent and I am pursuing this life for all of the right reasons, recent events have shown me that I am still in need of some maturity. For the first time in my life I had a run in with the law(nothing violence or substance related) and MAY need a waiver after my year of PTI is done. I own my mistakes and my role in the uphill situation I have found myself in. But I have not given up on my purpose of protecting others. My biggest wish from this career is that at the end of it all I can say I lived this life a good man. Regardless, I made this account to ask questions and to gain more knowledge as well as seek a Mentor when it becomes appropriate. Until then, I will PT and study hard for the next ~year. Only 320 more days to go.
