I discovered this thread while looking through different SOF subreddits. A little about me, I am a former Division 1 wrestler. Ive never been the one to be interested in school. By no means am I dumb though. I started wrestling in the 2nd grade and in 5th grade wrote a set of goals and one of those goals was to earn a Scholarship to wrestle in college. I ended up fulfilling that goal. Somewhere along the road I decided that no job would be good enough for me after school unless it entailed being part of an elite SOF group. I got in contact with a couple former Operators and decided that this was the path that i was going to take. So here I am 21 years old, just dropped out of school to pursue my dream of becoming one of our Nations Elite Warriors. I contacted my local Army recruiter and spoke with him about what i wanted to do. Took the ASVAB and scored a 96 AFQT and am going to be contracting 18x in the near future. Im excited to get the ball rolling!
