Hi. I am currently an undergraduate pre-medical student who will be going down the Air Force HPSP route to study medicine. I have always been fascinated with the lifestyles, missions, and disciplines of special forces operators. I considered giving up my chase of medicine to start chasing special operations, but I never did it. I only recently learned that SF medicine is a thing, so that is why I am here: to get in touch which people who are very knowledgeable about being one and the path to becoming one. SF medicine seems to me as the best of both worlds (hardcore military service + medicine), so I look forward to learning more about it from those of you who were once in my shoes and are now successful SF physicians. I am particularly interested in AF SOST, but all other equivalents out there are welcome ideas in my mind. I am excited to be a part of this community as an aspiring student and I look forward to interacting with you all!
