I'm a recent college graduate (STEM degree). I'm looking to learn about and pick the best reserve/guard SOF career available to me while I pursue a masters and likely a PhD afterwards.

Hey wanted to give some detail/background for context, so I can jump into more conversation topics

I'm starting a master's program in the fall where I'll be studying Tropical Medicine with a focus on medical parasitology. I'll probably start a thread about disease in war and how the military's approach has changed since World War II, if anyone is interested. Also curious to chat with anyone who has been an MD in the military and their experiences, as it might be a long term goal for me

A fun fact about me: I lived in Singapore from ages 8 to 14 and had a teacher in school was a former army ranger and first got me interested in the military
