I am a father of two and I have been married to my wife (who is tougher than me) for 6 years. I serve in the USAF as a Security Forces Specialist. I Graduated High School in 2007 and held a few different jobs (deck hand, saw mill worker, and corrections officer)before entering the US armed forces in 2011. Though not attending classes currently I am a junior in college majoring in criminal justice with a minor in psychology. I've endured a pretty brutal childhood along with a rough start to my adult life. Things are finally ironed out and a few years into my military career, I finally feel that I have a solid stance from which to pursue my goal of having a more direct role in the fight against terrorism, other forms of extremism and any threat to this great nation. I want to challenge my limits and grow as a human being while never wavering my responsibility to do the right thing.
Once again I have experienced plenty of "hard knocks"(by the numbers= 32 different "homes", 5 school districts, 3 step dads, 8 years without my father, 4 siblings one deceased)... To the reader: If you want to know more please ask me . I don't need to put anymore business out there. My apologies. There is a lot more to say and as time goes by more will follow. I'm going to write one of those self- moto books about my life so far. With it, I hope to raise money for homeless veterans and children who've been severely neglected or abused. I WENT WAYYY OFF TRACK. The challenges I (with my brothers and sister) faced as a child, thoroughly prepared me for my transition into early adulthood, and now that I have dug myself out I will climb. I am not looking for sympathy but I do believe that it is important to help each other and see things from different views. I am thankful for my experiences and I am eager to finally look at my goal of SOF as an equal not an underdog. I have lost some and some I have won. NEVER QUIT.
