Yeah I agree...

The only reason I can possibly see for this, is the current climate in eastern Europe, specifically Russia acting like cunts. It seems to have everyone's hair on fire to build up a professional NATO approved style force, in the hopes that they will get assistance, possible membership, etc.

There is no reason for KFOR to exist, except killing these missions is next to impossible.
