Mentally and physically ready for rasp

First I want to say I apologize I had gotten a bit frustrated trying to learn to navigate the cite. I will be going to rasp in roughly 8 months and I want with all my being to pass. Any tips on how to mentally or physically prepare would be great. And also what the cadre typically look for to be blunt I'm not the strongest or the fastest but I don't give up and always keep trying.

december January February March April may. I'm pretty sure that's 6. Also January 6th 2015 the date you quoted is my ship date
