Mike Pannone - Is a former operational member of U.S. Marine Reconnaissance, Army Special Forces and 1st SFOD-D (Delta). He has participated in combat operations and high-risk protection in support of U.S. policies throughout the word as both an active duty military member, and a civilian contractor.


Upon completion of his military service, Mike worked as a Primary Firearms Instructor for the Federal Air Marshal Program in Atlantic City and the head in-service instructor for the Seattle field office of the FAMS. He also worked as an independent contractor and advisor for various consulting companies to include SAIC (PSD), Triple Canopy (PSD), and The Wexford Group (Counter IED ground combat advisor and pre-deployment rifle/pistol/tactics instructor for the Asymmetric Warfare Group). Mike was also the Senior Instructor for Viking Tactics (VTAC), and Blackheart International. He started his own consulting company full time in late 2008.


Mike has attended numerous Army, Marine and Navy special operations related schools, and high level training events. He is a certified FLETC Firearms Instructor, Federal Air Marshal Instructor, NRA Certified L/E Patrol Rifle, Pistol and Shotgun Instructor, Glock and Colt (AR15/M16/M4) armorer, and Simunition® FX® Scenario and safety Instructor. He also holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Interdisciplinary Arts and Sciences from the University of Washington.


His specialized knowledge from both military and contract work coupled with his broad operational experience give him a wide range of practical knowledge that is unique.


Kyle Raisbeck - Is a former operational member of the 75th Ranger Regiment and 1st Special Forces Regiment. He has served multiple combat tours including the forced entry parachute assault into Rio Hato Panama during Operation Just Cause and combat operations in Iraq during the surge with a specialized assault element. He is school trained as an airborne infantryman (Ranger) and Special Forces medic to include Paramedic and diving medical technician. His final assignment was as a marksmanship and tactics instructor at the Army Special Forces premier training facility for advanced skills in Ft Bragg.

Mike Pannone Remote and Rural Operations Tactical Planning Course - Sept 9-13 2014 - Garnett, Kansas


This is a 5-day course will include and exercise every step to address operations in remote and rural areas as it applies to covert infiltration and exfiltration of the targeted area. It is specifically designed for law enforcement personnel that are equipped, trained and tasked with missions such as surveillance, precision marksman and marijuana eradication operations. It will address full spectrum topics that will help assure effective operations.

Topics covered but not limited to:

1. Carbine Malfunctions

2. Rural Stalking and rural hides

3. Urban Stalking and urban hides

4. Reconnaissance & Reporting

5. Entering and Exiting Locations Undetected

This course will be taught by two former Special Forces soldiers with extensive experience in ground operations.

Weapon & Gear Class Requirements:


- Serviceable Carbine or Rifle
- Minimum of 4 30rd magazines and equipment to carry them in an operational configuration (belt, vest, or armor is fine)
- Cleaning equipment
- Eyes and ears (clear or yellow lens and normal sunglasses tint)
- Shooting gloves (I prefer Nomex)
- Weather appropriate attire and nothing offensive (nothing you would feel odd wearing in front of mom)
- 1000 rounds
