Looking for some help ID'ing this patch. Found it in my travel backpack. I know it was given to me several years ago, but I don't remember the circumstances. I tried a Google reverse image lookup but no dice. Might be IDF, not certain. Could be an Airsoft club... IDK.

Starting this thread for anyone who is looking for help ID'ing military patches, pins, etc. in the future as well.

The Diderot Effect, or "more bling" effect...

I always thought that was just the cost of doing business as a gun owner.
-gotta have a holster
-a good one
-and ammo pouches
-and a concealment holster in case I want to use it as a carry gun
-a concealable mag pouch; duh
-then there's this factory mag well, need to upgrade it for better reloads
-and a new RMR
-maybe a muzzle break
-and a couple of magazine extenders
-maybe even freshen up the grip
-and a trigger job
-and an extended magazine release button

The Marines have been--and maybe still are--pretty stingy with bling. I think most of the Marines on this forum would agree with me. Maybe the Army isn't stingy enough?

Bowe Bergdahl's conviction and dishonorable discharge were vacated on a mere technicality. The only awards he needs are prison stripes.

The navy was much less stingy with the bling, that's why I appreciate what I earned when I was with the Marines. My FMF qualification board was actually pretty grueling; most info came from the Marine Guidebook and from SOI curriculum. I earned that badge.
