Mini Case Study: Advising the Iraqi Air Force

The cognitive bias was for me the profile of a DAC & that the aircraft was not otherwise identified, but in keeping with the exercise a decision had to be made quickly & an assumption can be made that this was the most available chart to catalogue damage to the surviving air frames. Another salient point is to trust the data that you have, even if it is incomplete, call it the Rummy Factor (there are known knowns...)
