Need Answers!?! On SOF

I'm 19 years old and since I was in middle school I've always wanted to be in the military. I'm wondering if anyone could tell me how old you need to be to become Navy eod, SWCC, or TACP ? I'm not sure if they'd accept me into such an advanced group of the military base on my age. Also my score was a 56 on the ASVAB, I don't know if that helps or not?
