Close everything except Bagram? I am willing to bet Bagram has 10K plus now.

The force structure will be interesting, my bet:
SOF Heavy, lots of ISR Force Pro and Log.

It'll be interesting to see what Service gets to be the JTF Commander (SOF Guy, Air Force, Log Guy/Gal).

What say those with knowledge?

I wouldn't be surprised if they rotate a BCT every 6-12 months for "training and advising".
