NIL - Intel and logistics support unit

A few photos from down range of NIL - a fresh intel support unit within DWS. They are responsible for support of the three (soon four) combat SOF elements within our military.

Not much is known about this unit, suffice it to say they do their own recruting.

"NIL," does that stand for "not intel-like?" Because it doesn't look like they're doing a lot of intel stuff. I see a drone, a bunch of spotting scopes and a couple of guns, nothing that would indicate intel work (recon maybe, intel not so much).

NIL is a pseudonym used by the units name-sake Brig. Gen. August Emil Fieldorf. He was a important figure in our fight for liberation during the War.

I just thought about what an ironic name "nil" is for an intel and logistics outfit.

"What have we got for intel and logistics?"

"Nil."

"Typical."
