Hi, dudes. I am currently working on my mindset and I have figured out that I need to go out and push my fears. So I need some good phobia tests. Does anybody know any good ones?

I had a huge fear of heights my whole life and still kind of do. How ever the past year I just put myself in situations that I am high up and I have been getting over it pretty well. Just put your self in shit you hate and you will get used to it.

One I've had to overcome pretty recently is public speaking (think meetings, presentations, conferences, etc.)while I'm no where near as bad as some I tend to pace, speaking even more than I normally do with my hands, and if I haven't remembered a speech completely I can only bullshit my way through it for so long. At the end of this week I'm much better with it, I can speak clearly and entrap an audience with what I'm saying.

The only way to really get over whatever it may be is just by practicing, or immersing yourself even if it's a little bit at a time until you get better with it to the point that you become natural and comfortable.

The only real way is to do what you're afraid of.
If you're afraid of spiders, hold a tarantula and say nice things to it.
If you're afraid of tomatoes, eat one.
If you're afraid of getting eaten by a shark, try getting eaten by one it's not that bad.

I know a lot of Jumpmasters and MFF qualifies guys who hate heights, a combat diver who hates the water, and pretty much every Ranger is terrified of snakes and spiders. I wouldn’t worry too much on getting over a phobia as much as just learning to push through whatever is in front of you regardless of what the issue is
