Question about SEAL deployments

What is the standard rotation for Navy special warfare untis? As in how often deployed for how long etc.. I know in the Army the SF guys stay deployed about 8 months out of the year most years and stay in one place most of the deployment. Is it the same for the SEAL's? Also does anybody know what kind of foreign language capabilities the SEAL's have?
