When i was in A-stan i noticed that some guys from US Army which are not part of SF teams (they were for sure regular army units), have SF patch together with Airborne patch on their uniform. So...Is that mean they are former SF or that they done some SF orentiation course...:confused:

If you mean just the electric butter knife and an airborne tab, they were likely assigned to a SF group, but were not SF qualified. For example, SF groups have veterinarians and psychologists assigned, but they are not SF personnel.
 
That is the SSI (Shoulder Sleeve Insignia) for an SF unit which only shows the soldier's unit of assignment; it has nothing to do with any qualifications or skills.
