He was a Marine. He gets a NAM. Anyone else, any other branch, it's a MoH.

Colonel Ripley was a beast. I think he's the only Marine in the Ranger Hall of Fame. I remember when he passed, in '08. He was only 69.

At the time there was a requirement for two living witnesses and he only had one American witness.
