I have no idea when this picture was taken or where, but I think this is probably some 3rd Bat soldiers marching in a St. Patrick's Day parade in Savannah. Wherever it is, it looks like the troops are having a good time and the public is appreciative of their service. Looks like a good day to be a Ranger.
