I am a full cycle recruiter. My interest is intelligence, though my focus is anyone. I move veterans or government employees who are interested in getting as far away from their military career as possible to new lives. I assist with anything relevant to this transition, I will go far beyond expectations of a standard recruiter in it for the thrill of the close. I work free where needed This is very personal to me. I work to ensure both a long term personal and career path can be carved - a niche outside the can exist. As noted I take this very seriously. I strongly disagree with the way the Military treats veterans, I disagree with the majority of our foreign policies or "interactions". This disagreement forces me to interact, network with & spend time with people whose opinions are often vastly different than my own. However, working with, becoming friends or networking with people who are like me. People who see the world as I do is of no value add to me, that is the easy way out. It is not a challenge, it does not force me to check my own biases or adapt when necessary.. I am professional, calm & polite - you probably will not like many of my views. Though I am never argumentative, obscene or vulgar.
My career path and interests force me to be more informed than the majority. Finally I typically only work through referrals, not requests and never blind information (Resume or other) submissions without some discussion. If it is decided we are a good match, I am in the Indianapolis area. I am available to meet by almost any means. As I prefer face to face I am willing to drive on my dime when needed.
