When you are ready to give it up, Texas Tech I believe has the Vietnam war repository where they collect things like this, documents, diaries, all of it, they preserve it and catalog it and have it available for research.

I remember the E&E maps they gave us for Afghan...repros of Russian maps of the area. Cool tho.
I have several of thosein a box back home. Huge things.
This is my old tactical map I've been lugging around forever, with my marker notations of grids and the areas of operation of the teams in our company. This thing is pretty battered from being jammed in the thigh pocket of my jungle utes. Brings back all those good times.... My Actual would decide our route for night acts and where our ambush sites would be...but it was one of my jobs to code up the night act coordinates on the Kak Wheel for checkpoints and ambush sites and call them in. We had another map, just of our team's AO...but I don't know what happened to that one. I guess it's history.
