Report Names- Plaaf Etc

Hi all,

Every year or two there are unclass reports published from someone within the US government over Chinese military advancements, new things, state of play, etc. I can't remember what the titles of these things are (they have a common title) nor can I remember who actually writes and publishes them.

Can anyone help out?
