How much does it weigh? Does it mount to a helmet? How many extra batteries do I have to carry? Are they standard batteries, or something special? How durable is it against dust, cold, heat, bouncing around in a ruck/blowout pouch? Will it still pick up my IR sparkle?
Definitely a game changer, but I hope the answers to those questions are favorable ones. Wouldn't be the first piece of game changing kit that ended up not being all that great in the field.
