just joined a crossfit gym , i am aware that crossfit alone is not enough to get ready for CSOR ( canadian special operation regiment) i have been working out for over 12 years and now i am getting bored with my workout ,
I join crossfit to work on some endurance and stop the monotony of a normal gym

I would like what more could i ad

I don't really care what people think about crossfit , ill be doing it for myself and i wont be drinking all the kool-aid.

The title of the thread is tongue-in-cheek. The point I was trying to make is that there is quite a bit of discussion in regards to what you are seeking within that thread, and others thread in the fitness area.
