Something I'm Stuck On

Someone correct me if I'm wrong, but if @Someguy77 ends up enlisting and doing jump school (under an 18x/11x contract) aren't the odds good that he'll end up in an airborne regiment? Hence why places like the 82nd are full of the non-selects from the Q course, RIP drops, and unhappy people from SOCCOM.
Needs of the Army I'm sure. RP went from 3/75 to a Stryker unit.

My current intentions are 68W w/ Airborne and then try to go to RASP from there. Then just continue to work my way through as I opportunities arise.

I wasn’t sure if you thought I was doing the 11X or 18X contract. They were just available to me.

Gotcha dude. My bad, I should have read better. On the bright side, grunts love their line medics!

When I was at jump school in 2017, One of the black hats told us that all of the initial entry guys were required to spend 2 years in an airborne unit. I don't know if that is true, but I know all of the guys that I went to RASP with and didn't make it ended up in Airborne units.
