Special Forces Guard Vs Marine Recon Reserve deployment schedules

Quick question, who is able to deploy more. In the Marines as a POG I got a shitty exposure to the corps, hurry up and wait bullshit blah blah history and whatever.
Who deploys more/has the option to jump on deployments more, SF Guard or Recon Reserve Marines?
