TACP PAST and Pipeline

Hello everyone, my goal is to join TACP, but Im still struggling when it comes to meeting the past requirements. I know it may sound like a dumb question, but are those scores to get into the pipeline or is the past just how tech school starts? Simplified, do you need to pass the past to continue, and if you don't, do you get kicked out?
