understood. Thought of it as an example of us junior enlisted seeing their willingness to get their hands dirty spurred us to work harder. I'd rather not badmouth my NCO's, unless something egregious happens and I need advice, I'll leave the above as my sole gripe :) All in all we have a good dynamic, just a bit of laziness present at times.
