Is this the same crisis where a couple marine helos were lost along with a c130 fueler?
 
Yeah I've read all about the tragedy known as OP Eagle Claw in a few different books. Inside Delta Force probably has the best recount of what happened there.
 
Is that the title of the book? "The Guts to Try"? you don't happen to have an author name do you?
 
nvm I found it. Written by Col. James H. Kyle. Downloaded and reading now, thanks for the suggestion
