A team from Lebanon placed first. For those not familiar I provided the link for the official site. A team from the sheriff's department in California placed third. A Marine Force Recon team had won it years ago. Other known units who have won are GSG-9 and EKO-Cobra. China seemingly does well at this event.

In second place was the ‘Snow Leopard’ commando team from the Chinese police, which had back-to-back wins in 2013 and 2014. Placed third was a SWAT team from the Stanislaus County Sheriff ’s Department from California..."
