It’s okay for service members to diss other branches. It’s normal, expected and mostly all in fun. But you’re a civilian. You haven’t earned the right to put down any branch, especially the Marines.

Sometimes a joke is just a joke and not a "put down." Besides, I've never been in space or raced a car, so I guess I can't joke about NASA or NASCAR?
