Yeah, its all history and I enjoy talking baseball history. I'm not particularly a Red Sox fan, I just love the game. I played in HS and college and I'm still a big fan of the sport.

Same. I only played in HS and in the Little Leagues prior to. My nephew is a big time Mets fan but recently I gave him a heirloom that sent him to cloud 9. It was a baseball with the signatures of Wade Boggs, Fred Lynn, Jimmy Rice, Carl Yastrzemski, Johnny Pesky, Dom DiMaggio, Rico Petrocelli, Mo Vaughn (Back when he was with the Pawtucket Paw Sox and pre Boston Red Sox), Ted Williams, and a few more I have forgotten but may come back to me later. I never used new balls for signatures, I always used the same one.

Ted Williams was the man! Probably the best hitter the game has ever seen and a pilot in two wars.
I am a Cincinnati Reds fan and as a little kid I remember watching most of those guys in the 1975 world series. Yaz, Fred Lynn, Carlton Fisk. Jim Rice, Etc. Great team.

My very first memory was of Carlton Fisk waving for the ball in '75. I wish I could have had his autograph on that prized autographed ball. Some of my signatures was after they had retired, some in their rookies or in their prime. Getting Ted's signature along with Dom's had put me in that same cloud 9 as my nephew was and probably still is now camped in.
