He was serious when he needed to be serious, but he was also funny and animated. Not sublime at all.

But all of them left small market niche training gigs and became trademarked brands.
I've seen his videos on instructing 10th MTN, he was back to professional mode. If I paid for a class and that's all I got then I'd be happy. However if I also got some Macho Metal Man moments I'd be even happier.

I had no clue, so I had to look it up. Turns out it's a British thing.

"Steak Canadian" is a popular, processed, and thinly sliced beef product found primarily in the UK as a staple for quick-cooked, hot sandwich fillers, often containing beef trimmings, soya, and spices. Despite the name, it is a British invention from the 1970s and is not a traditional Canadian food.
