I drive a 4x4 pickup. Its basically stock and its great and practical for those of us owning a home, a little land, driving in snow every winter. I've always found it comical that about 95% of lifted truck owners never leave the blacktop. But I'm also a Camaro SS owner, so I understand being a car/ truck enthusiast. Either way, just dont be a dick.
15-20 years ago the worst drivers I encountered in FL were these Fast and Furious wannabe shitheads. Today? Not even close to pickup truck owners. As a whole they are the worst drivers out there. The more modified the truck, the greater the chances are of them behaving like dickheads, whether in the truck or not. The worst human beings drive pickup trucks. Traveling I-4 and I-95 regularly I also see them with out of state license plates, so I'm pretty confident thinking this isn't limited to FL residents.
They are especially bad in parking lots as evidenced by the video above where that guy/ gal/ fucktard was hauling ass in the lot. They will take up a whole lane driving through a parking lot, cut corners, drive blindly through empty spaces or between other cars, ignore stop signs and pedestrians...and this is in a parking lot!
Fuck pickup truck drivers. As a guy who owned them for well over a decade I know they can be operated safely, modern owners choose not to be decent human beings. Responsible owners are in a minority.

We visit my brother who lives in Holiday, FL twice a year. I like Florida and may live there someday myself. Not everyone in Florida is a hick, but, as guy who grew up in the country in the midwest, I will say that I find the Florida rednecks driving these trucks to be the epitome of redneckism.
I have a ram, stock, the lifted dicks that roll coal piss me off.
