I found the follow up story because I was searching to see if he had been charged for "something" since the shirtless guy never actually assaulted anyone. (at least on camera).

To add: The dude that did the choke, pretty obvious he knew what he was doing.

He doesn't have to physically do anything...all he has to do is put others in fear of receiving something....

He appeared to be so drunk or drugged that a good pop to the forehead would have put him out.

Again, I am always glad when I see someone step up to the plate and put an end to someone acting like a clown while others idly sit by in fear.

Good for him!
