Rideau Hall is he to the Governor General's (Queen's representative) residence and Trudeau has been living in a cottage on the grounds, while the PM's residence is renovated.
Apparently he wants to speak to Trudeau. Could be about the multi year backlog of disability claims with Veteran's Affairs. Could be about the recent firearms ban. Or possibly about the government's pandemic response.
