Citing Military Sources

This may seem like a ridiculous question, but can anyone explain to me how to cite official Army manuals for use in a paper? Example: FM 3-18

What is the format for the Paper? APA, MLA, another format? Use that format and the title page of the publication to get the material data, then cite chapters and pages as needed.

Here.... try this link to easybib for MLA, APA, Chicago, etc citation guides.... you could have done this on your own, y'know. Military Manuals are just publications like any other source.

Yes, sir, I tried easybib.com in MLA, but I wasn't sure exactly how to fill in the data fields agency and office. Not that my professor would know the difference, but I used United States Army 1st Special Forces Command (Airborne) and the JFKSWCS spelled out, respectively. There is also no explicit author, and the entire resulting citation just looked very strange so I figured I would ask. I appreciate the help.

Either one of those agencies (or both) can be cited as the author since there is a team of authors who are not cited by name.
